Compassion8Providers (C8Prov) is a concierge, cash-pay healthcare practice offering personalized, integrative care for individuals seeking a more direct, thoughtful approach to their health. Services are available only to Florida adult residents. Our practice emphasizes access, continuity, and clarity—without the constraints of traditional insurance-based models.

We provide care through both membership-based services and non-member episodic visits, allowing clients to choose the structure that best fits their needs.

C8Prov operates independently of insurance networks. We do not bill insurance, submit prior authorizations, or act as an insurance-designated primary care provider.

This model allows us to spend more time with clients, focus on individualized care, and reduce administrative barriers. Clients may choose to maintain an in-network primary care provider (PCP) for insurance-related needs while also receiving care through C8Prov.

Our services may include, based on clinical appropriateness and availability:
 

• 1:1 Holistic healthcare consultations with a licensed Nurse Practitioner

• Telehealth visits
   
• Preventive care and acute condition support
   
• Integrative and lifestyle-focused care
   
• Medication management within scope and limitations
   
• Care coordination and health planning
  

Membership provides ongoing access to care, communication, and coordination services. Memberships operate on a month-to-month basis, with clear policies regarding billing, engagement, and re-enrollment.

For clients who prefer flexibility, non-member episodic visits are available and billed per visit. Pricing reflects visit length, complexity, and administrative coordination.
