No. Compassion8Providers (C8Prov) is a cash-pay concierge healthcare practice. We do not bill insurance, submit insurance claims, or participate in insurance networks.
Clients may choose to use insurance independently for labs, imaging, or prescriptions when applicable.
Yes. Clients are encouraged to maintain an in-network PCP for insurance-related needs such as referrals, prior authorizations, or insurance-required services while also receiving care through C8Prov.
No. While C8Prov offers concierge-style care, we are not a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice and do not function as an insurance replacement.
Both options are cash-pay and subject to clinic policies.
Yes. Concierge memberships operate on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with advance written notice in accordance with the membership agreement.

For safety and clarity, each medication or medication class is managed by one prescribing clinician. Duplicate or overlapping prescriptions from multiple providers are not permitted.
Certain regulated medications may be prescribed within scope and must be managed by a single designated prescriber.

In many cases, yes. Prescriptions written by C8Prov may be filled using insurance when applicable. However, C8Prov does not submit prior authorizations.

Health coaching is a non-clinical, educational service focused on lifestyle habits, goal setting, accountability, and general wellness support.
Health coaching does not provide healthcare treatment and is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.
No. Health coaching:
Health coaching offers general nutrition education and food-awareness support only.
No. Health coaching services are available to both healthcare clients and non-patients.
IV therapy services are currently on hold. Clients will be notified if this service becomes available in the future.
Home visits are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Availability depends on clinical appropriateness, scheduling, and geographic considerations.
If a client does not respond to documented outreach:
Administrative closure does not prevent future re-engagement, subject to clinic policies.
Re-enrollment is not automatic and is subject to clinic approval, availability, and current policies. A cooling-off period and administrative fee may apply.
C8Prov offers both concierge membership options and non-member episodic visits. Pricing is based on visit length, complexity, and administrative coordination. Current pricing is discussed prior to scheduling and may change with appropriate notice.
For clarity, the term “patient” refers to individuals receiving licensed healthcare services, while “client” refers to individuals receiving non-clinical or administrative services.
