Advanced Practice Registered Nurse | Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

Linh (pronounced “Lin”) is a concierge Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed). She is licensed as an autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Florida and Utah and holds national board certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) in primary care.

Her healthcare career began in 2006 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she worked in oncology, followed by experience in cardiology and critical care at Florida Hospital (AdventHealth). With her MSN-Ed, Linh also served as a Nurse Instructor, teaching both classroom and clinical courses before transitioning into advanced practice nursing.

Since 2017, Linh has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in allied health and primary care settings, including rheumatology and internal medicine, with a focus on metabolic health and whole-person care. She has collaborated closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams across multiple specialties. Since 2021, she has provided concierge, cash-pay healthcare services through Compassion8Providers, emphasizing individualized, evidence-informed, and integrative approaches to care.

Linh has a strong interest in quality improvement, patient education, and integrative healthcare delivery. She has conducted quality-improvement research focused on holistic nursing practice, with findings published in the Journal of Holistic Nursing. Her clinical approach prioritizes education, shared decision-making, and personalized care planning tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.

On a personal note, Linh values quality time with family and friends and enjoys nature, baking, canvas painting, and creative photography.

Licensed Practical Nurse — Clinical Support

Lynn B. is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who assists Compassion8Providers on a per-diem basis, providing nursing support under the supervision of Linh M. McClure, APRN. She brings over a decade of nursing experience in mental healthcare, rheumatology, and primary care settings. 

Lynn’s role supports client communication and continuity of care within her scope as an LPN. She may respond to clients by phone, text message, or email from the clinic’s main contact channels.

Outside of C8Prov, Lynn works as a rheumatology IV infusion nurse and enjoys time with family, pets, farm animals, travel, and the outdoors. 

Role Clarification: Lynn provides clinical support within her licensed scope. She does not diagnose, prescribe, or independently manage healthcare conditions.

Client Support & Administrative Coordination

Phoebe is C8Prov’s remote virtual secretary, supporting scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination. She prefers to connect via text message or email, and may also respond by phone from the clinic’s main contact number. 

Phoebe enjoys time with her family, including her young children, and also works part-time at a baby ultrasound studio. 

Role Clarification: Phoebe does not provide healthcare services or clinical guidance. Her role is administrative and supportive.
