Compassion8Providers (C8Prov) offers care through two distinct options:
a concierge membership or non-member episodic visits. This structure allows clients to choose the level of access and continuity that best fits their preferences.

C8Prov is a cash-pay healthcare practice and does not bill insurance.

Concierge membership is designed for individuals seeking ongoing access, continuity of care, and proactive health planning.

Membership may include:

• Ongoing clinician access within scope
   
• Longer, more comprehensive visits
   
• Care coordination and health planning
   
• Communication between scheduled visits, as appropriate
   

Memberships operate on a month-to-month basis and are subject to clinic policies regarding billing, engagement, and re-enrollment.

Membership fees are billed monthly and may change with appropriate notice.

Concierge membership is not an insurance plan and does not replace the need for an in-network primary care provider for insurance-based services.
 

For clients who prefer flexibility, non-member visits are available on a per-visit basis.

Non-member visits are appropriate for:

• One-time consultations
   
• Periodic follow-up care
   
• Clients exploring whether membership is a good fit
   

Pricing for non-member visits reflects:

• Visit length
   
• Clinical complexity
   
• Administrative coordination
   

Updated pricing applies to new non-member visits. Clients established under prior pricing may have a short transition period, after which updated pricing or membership options will apply.

• C8Prov does not bill insurance or submit prior authorizations
   
• Clients may use insurance independently for labs, imaging, and prescriptions
   
• Clients are encouraged to maintain an in-network PCP for insurance-related administrative needs
   
• Medications are managed by one prescriber per medication or class
   
• C8Prov does not prescribe opioid medications
