LINH (pronounced "Lin") is a Nurse Practitioner with her degrees in Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed). She is licensed as an autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Florida and Utah, as well as multi-state licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN). She holds a national board certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) in Primary Care. She has been in healthcare with experience dating back to 2006. 

Linh began her career as a Hopkins Nurse in oncology at Johns Hopkins Hospital after achieving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Through her travels, she gained experience in cardiology and worked as a critical care unit (CCU) nurse at Florida Hospital (Advent Health) for over five years. With her MSN-Ed, she also enjoyed educating students as a Nurse Instructor at private colleges through lectures and clinical rotations before stepping into her role as a nurse practitioner (NP). 

She has been an NP in allied health since 2017. Her experience includes five years in rheumatology and two years in internal medicine, with a focus on metabolic medicine, in collaboration with esteemed medical doctors and osteopathic physicians. LINH continues to provide quality care as an autonomous NP since 2021 in concierge general primary care, internal medicine, holistic nursing, weight loss, and healthy lifestyle coaching services, frequently traveling to multiple cities, including Orlando, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. 

LINH treats various medical conditions, including acute and chronic diseases and disorders, and general mental health conditions. She utilizes conventional and alternative therapies in preventive integrated healthcare measures, promotes healthy lifestyles, and provides nursing care with health coaching to achieve holistic optimal wellness for adult and geriatric patients. She also makes appropriate referrals to specialist physicians and allied health professionals. 

Adamant about evidence-based practices, education, research, and advocacy, she employs an individualized, integrated, patient-centered approach. Her patients' physical, mental, and spiritual well-being are all essential to her. Compassion with integrity naturally drives her quality-driven care models. She values each of her clients and patients as unique, requiring personalized, holistic, whole-person care. Linh has been published as a co-author in an article of her DNP quality improvement project that advocated for educational interventions on alternative therapies to reduce polypharmacy in the Journal of Holistic Nursing.

On a personal note, besides her clientele and patients, LINH also loves spending quality time with her family, friends, numerous pets, and nature. LINH enjoys fine arts through canvas painting and creative photography. 

Lynn B. is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She is with C8Prov at Per-Diem, voluntarily assisting Linh M., APRN, on some assignments. Lynn has been a nurse with over ten years of experience in the fields of mental healthcare, rheumatology, and primary care. Phoebe is C8Prov's remote virtual secretary. She has been with C8Prov as a part-time volunteer.
