Concierge Primary Care at Compassion8Providers (C8Prov) is designed for individuals seeking a more accessible, relationship-based approach to healthcare. Our model prioritizes time, communication, and individualized care—without the administrative limitations commonly associated with insurance-based practices.

C8Prov operates as a cash-pay, concierge healthcare practice and does not participate in insurance networks.

Concierge Primary Care at C8Prov provides enhanced access to a clinician who knows you and your health history. This model allows for longer visits, thoughtful care planning, and proactive communication.

Clients may choose to participate through:

• Concierge membership, or
   
• Non-member episodic visits, depending on individual needs and preferences.
   

This flexibility allows clients to receive care without long-term contractual commitments if membership is not the right fit.

Services may include, based on clinical appropriateness and availability:

• Preventive care and wellness visits
   
• Chronic condition management and monitoring
   
• Medication management within scope
   
• Integrative and lifestyle-focused care
   
• Telehealth and in-office visits
   
• Care coordination and health planning
   

IV therapy services are currently on hold.
Home visits are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

C8Prov is an independent, non-insurance-based practice. As such:

• We do not bill insurance plans
   
• We do not submit prior authorizations or insurance appeals
   
• We do not act as an insurance-designated primary care provider
   
• We do not provide insurance-required referrals
   

Clients who wish to use insurance for labs, imaging, medications, or specialist visits may do so independently and are encouraged to maintain an in-network primary care provider (PCP) for insurance-related administrative needs.

Client safety and prescribing integrity are core components of concierge care at C8Prov.

To support safe and appropriate medication management:

• Each medication or medication class is managed by one prescribing clinician
   
• Duplicate or overlapping prescriptions from multiple providers are not permitted
   
• Certain controlled or regulated medications require a single designated prescriber
   
• C8Prov does not prescribe opioid medications
   

Prescriptions written by C8Prov may be filled using insurance when applicable. However, medications requiring insurance prior authorization must be managed by the client’s in-network PCP or prescribing specialist.

Membership offers ongoing access to care, communication, and coordination services. Memberships operate on a month-to-month basis and are subject to clinic policies regarding billing, engagement, and re-enrollment.

For clients who prefer flexibility, non-member visits are available on a per-visit basis. Pricing reflects visit length, clinical complexity, and administrative coordination.

Concierge Primary Care may be a good fit if you value:
